We ship UPS whenever possible, with fees calculated based on weight and destination. Remember: UPS needs a street address and is unable to ship to a post office box. In these cases, we will use the United States Post Office. Using the automated services of our web site, you’ll know the total cost of your order, including any applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges, at the time you place your order. Most orders for in-stock products are shipped within one to three business days. Our automated order system is set up to prevent orders for out-of stock items. Being out of an item is a situation we try to avoid, but should it happen, please check in again within a few days to reorder.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy: We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us by e-mail toauthorize a return, then send us the unused portion of the product, with a legible copy of your invoice, within 30 days of theinvoice date for a full refund of the purchase price. DVD’s, CD’s, VCR’s and cassette tapes must be unopened and in theirc omplete and original wrapping. Books and other written materials should be in original condition with no obvious signs of use. |
